Please note that the following requirements are relevant for candidates attempting Shodan or above for both Senior and Junior students:

The candidate must have a current first aid certificate and is responsible to have this renewed as necessary throughout their karate career.

KUMITE TEST
In the tradition of Kyokushin, some black belt candidates may wish to take the Kumite test. This is normally held at a Summer Camp or other designated location where the candidate may fight 30,40,50 or 100 opponents.
All candidates must apply to their country's governing board at least six months prior to the test.
